After traveling the continent, I moved to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where I’ve now lived for one year. I absolutely love it, although there have been some challenges. This is a quick overview of what it’s like living in Africa, and why I chose Ethiopia.

Being constructed on the Nile River, Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam will feature the largest roller compacted concrete volume dam in the world at 10.2 Mm3. Its reservoir of 70 km3 will be comparable to those of Bennett (Canada) and Kraskoyarsk (Russia)
